So Starts Week Three in MKE

The last three weeks have been quite the whirlwind. Friday was the frist time that I had slept in my own bed in three weeks, so it was nice to be home, even if it was for a shorter than usual weekend.

We helped mom move this past Saturday, which must have been liberating for mom, though it was quite exhausting for me. She now has a nice place of her own, and although she has more stuff than apratment, it's all hers.

Saturday night we ate at Chez Wrenn, who were extremely tolerant of our 1.5 hour delay, and proviede a nice wind down around the backyard camp fire.

Sunday was spent doing couple things. We had brunch at Chammps, spent a couple of hours at Borders (met with cliffy for a but) and had nap time for sara (and Best Buy time for me). Then we had dinner with Dad and Gillian.

So yeah...A full weekend.

I still have to blog over on the MiS page about Phoenix, as PIF was AWESOME this year, and seems to only be getting better with age.

My flight to ORD to connect to MKE leaves DTW at 6:00am, which makes for a LoOOOooong day, my compadres, especially when we're working twelves already. The good news is that the project team just about doubled in size over the weekend, so maybe we'll see some decent hours from now on.

Though I have found that more hands usually jest means more work, so I suppose we'll see.
