WOD 04/09 Crossfit Leg Day

3 Rounds for Time
- Walking Lunge 100ft
- 50 Squats
- 25 Back Extensions

My knees HURT. My legs are SOOOOOOO out of shape. I think I'll be doing leg centric WODS with a little more frequency to improve this situation. I need to strengthen my knees in general, and to take care of the fact that I'm exceptionally behind there because of my injury.
